The wild and scenic Selway flows for 45 miles through the famous Selway-Bitteroot Wilderness. From the put-in at the Paradise Guard Station to the take-out at Meadow Creek you will spend 5 days and 4 nights paddling the emerald green waters of the Selway.  Home to rapids such as Ham, Double Drop, Ladle, and Little Niagara, the Selway is a whitewater paradise.  The pristine corridor surrounding the river is home to abundant wildlife including elk, moose, bear and wolf.  A raft-supported Selway trip allows for the ultimate whitewater experience; the opportunity to paddle an unloaded kayak while enjoying delicious meals and comfortable camping. The chance to kayak the Selway is a rare one and the experience of paddling amidst the beauty of the Selway-Bitteroot Wilderness will stay with you long after leave.
